Job Description

**Job Title:** Business & Operations Intern **Role Summary:** Support the commercial development and organizational structuring of a technology consulting firm focused on industrial performance, energy transition, and emerging compliance. Participate in high‑impact projects, gaining exposure to governance, engineering, and business functions. **Expectations:** - 6‑month internship starting January 2025 (full‑time). - Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program (Bac+5) in business, engineering, management or related field. - Strong interest in energy, industry, or national sovereignty issues. - Proactive, rigorous, and able to work in a demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. - Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions. - Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior stakeholders. - Coordinate with technical teams to align business goals with engineering solutions. - Support the development of governance frameworks and operational processes. - Track project progress and contribute to performance monitoring. **Required Skills:** - Analytical mindset with strong quantitative abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French optional). - Ability to synthesize technical information for business contexts. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data‑analysis tools. - Team player with initiative and strong organizational skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related discipline (Bac+5). - No specific certifications required; coursework or projects in energy, industrial engineering, or sustainability are a plus.
