Job Description: Job Title: Senior Roblox Developer Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of end-to-end Roblox experiences for high‑profile clients. Drive gameplay systems, UI, and backend logic, ensuring scalability, performance, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Expactations: Deliver polished, high‑engagement Roblox content that meets client objectives and product quality standards. Provide mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance while adhering to structured development practices.
