Partner 18, HR Operations
**Role summary**
Own the day‑to‑day HR operational function in a high‑growth venture‑capital environment. Ensure smooth execution of the employee lifecycle, system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance while driving efficiency, automation and AI‑driven process improvements. Partner with HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, Legal and the HR Systems team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience and scalable HR infrastructure.
**Expectations**
- Execute all core HR operations with precision and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify and implement process enhancements and AI solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Deliver data‑driven reporting and insights to support strategic HR decision‑making.
- Maintain compliance with employment law and internal policy across all HR programs.
**Key responsibilities**
- Administer onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding within Workday, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and consistency.
- Serve as the primary operational support for HR Business Partners, providing data requests, documentation and workflow facilitation.
- Manage the HR email alias, field employee inquiries, and deliver timely, empathetic support on HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects to automate workflows, streamline procedures and embed best practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Pull, validate and deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards to leadership.
- Maintain HR documentation, audit readiness and policy communication.
**Required skills**
- 5+ years of HR operations or administration in a high‑growth organization.
- Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, HR compliance and employment law.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday HRIS, including report generation, data maintenance and system configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions and manage process change.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, discretion, professionalism and stakeholder management.
- Curiosity and basic knowledge of AI‑driven HR solutions is a plus.
**Required education & certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
