Job Description: Job Title: Security Ops Engineer (H/F) Role Summary: Secure and protect the SaaS HR platform by embedding security into development, operations, and infrastructure practices. Leverage IaC, automation, and scanning tools to ensure continuous compliance with industry regulations. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years in a similar security engineering role. - Advanced degree (Bac+5/Master) in Computer Engineering or equivalent. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, cloud and on‑prem environments, and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, RGPD, NIS2). - Strong automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python) and CI/CD integration (GitLab). - Ability to train and influence cross‑functional teams.
