Job title: Strategic Account Director
Role Summary: Senior executive responsible for driving growth, satisfaction and delivery excellence across TechBlocks’ top enterprise clients. Leads multi‑year account strategies, builds C‑suite partnerships, and oversees complex global programs in a U.S./Canada–India delivery model.
Expectations: • Manage large, high‑value enterprise portfolios (≥$10 M).
• Deliver measurable business outcomes through AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous program governance, resource planning and risk mitigation across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as executive client relationship leader; build trusted counsel with CIO, CTO, CDO, CPO, VP Engineering, and CEO.
2. Define and execute multi‑year account plans focused on digital transformation, AI/ML, data analytics and cloud modernization.
3. Identify growth opportunities, lead proposal development and secure new business within existing accounts.
4. Own delivery governance: track budgets, milestones, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
5. Conduct quarterly business reviews, health checks and governance meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives.
6. Coordinate global delivery across Canada, U.S. and India; bridge strategy and delivery teams under the GCC model.
7. Proactively manage resource pipelines, hiring, staffing risks and dependencies for continuous program delivery.
8. Champion a unified “One TechBlocks” culture, driving transparency, collaboration and innovation across all teams.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years in IT professional services or digital engineering, 5+ years in senior account/client partner roles.
- Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts (≥$10 M) and distributed delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud‑native software development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional program management, organizational and operational oversight ability.
- Strong executive‑level relationship building, influence and strategic agenda setting.
- Hands‑on leadership, detail orientation, risk management, and proactive execution mindset.
- Entrepreneurial, growth‑driven mindset with sound business acumen.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project/program management (PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, Agile, SAFe) and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
