Job Description: Job title: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Role Summary: Design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across integrated data sources to support enterprise analytics. Expectations: Deliver high‑performance analytics solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, adhere to best practices in data architecture, and maintain compliance in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. - Create and maintain data models, semantic layers, and ETL/ELT pipelines. - Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports. - Integrate data from multiple sources into OneLake, ensuring data quality, governance, and security. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data solutions. - Implement metadata management and documentation practices. - Collaborate with BI developers, business stakeholders, and agile teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. Required Skills: - 5+ years in data engineering or related roles. - Expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure OneLake, Delta Lake. - Proficient in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M). - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments. - Problem‑solving, analytical, and agile teamwork skills. - (Preferred) Knowledge of Python or Spark, machine learning pipelines, AI integration in Fabric, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. - Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate certifications preferred.
