EMEA Technology Leadership Development Program
**Role Summary**
Participate in a 24‑month rotational program (full‑stack engineering, product management, data science/AI, cybersecurity, experience design) aimed at accelerating recent graduates into future technology leadership positions within a global healthcare organization.
**Expectations**
- Rapidly acquire domain knowledge and technical expertise across multiple technology disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Full‑Stack Engineering**: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software and cloud services that meet business objectives.
- **Product Management**: Translate customer insights into product stories, roadmaps, and delivery plans in areas such as Intelligent Automation and Digital Health.
- **Data Science/Agentic AI**: Clean, model, visualize, and integrate data; build and deploy Gen AI solutions for end‑to‑end products.
- **Cybersecurity**: Implement policies, processes, and technologies to secure enterprise assets across projects.
- **Experience Design**: Apply human‑centered design principles to create intuitive, impactful experiences that resonate with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead or contribute to high‑visibility projects, manage cross‑functional teams, and present findings to senior executives.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, statistical modeling, machine learning, and Gen AI frameworks.
- Foundational cybersecurity concepts (identity & access management, threat modeling, secure coding).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with aptitude for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Empathy‑driven, user‑experience focused mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership or team‑leader experience in academic or professional settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field (graduation between June 2024 and June 2026).
- Valid EU work authorization (permanent status, no future sponsorship needed).
- Up to one year of paid, full‑time professional experience (excluding internships).
