**Job title** New Business Executive – IAM **Role Summary** Drive new‑business growth for IAM services by owning the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure. Collaborate closely with Delivery and Pre‑Sales teams, shape the value proposition, and leverage cross‑practice opportunities to secure new logos and expand market share. **Expectations** - 3–6 years of challenger‑sales experience in B2B technology solutions. - Proven new‑logo track record in complex, multi‑solution environments. - Proficiency in stakeholder mapping, account planning, and discovery. - Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting. - Comfortable with Salesforce, HubSpot, AFAS, Dynamics, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Fluent in English (written & verbal); additional fluency in German, Dutch, or Danish required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and secure new customers (new logos) within the target IAM market segment. 2. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close. 3. Respond to RFPs and tenders, ensuring timely and comprehensive submissions. 4. Position and evolve the IAM practice’s value proposition in market conversations. 5. Collaborate with Delivery, Pre‑Sales, and other practice teams to identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities. 6. Maintain accurate forecast, pipeline metrics, and adhere to sales governance standards. **Required Skills** - Value‑based solution selling with strong deal‑structuring capability. - Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and conduct discovery. - Solid pipeline management, forecasting, and sales‑process discipline. - Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on opportunity generation. - Competence in CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Ability to travel as needed. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications preferred. - Valid EU driver’s license.
