**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager – Agentic AI Deployments **Role Summary:** Leads medium‑to‑high complexity deployments of an Agentic/Conversational AI platform for enterprise clients. Owns the full delivery lifecycle—scoping, planning, execution, go‑live, and hypercare—within a cross‑functional pod (TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, Agent Architect). Acts as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, quality, and risk targets. **Expectations:** - Deliver AI platform projects on‑time, within scope and budget. - Maintain rigorous governance, risk, and issue management. - Translate technical details into clear business outcomes for executive audiences. - Coordinate globally distributed teams and partner ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality metrics. - Select and apply appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). - Create and maintain work breakdown structures, critical paths, RAID logs, and change logs. - Serve as the main point of contact for customer sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders; run status calls, steering committees, UAT reviews, and go‑live meetings. - Align Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects on integration, environment setup, design, prompt strategy, and conversational tuning. - Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure seamless handoff and ongoing operations. - Manage partner co‑delivery (SI/GSI/BPO) expectations and escalations. - Facilitate sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and stage‑gate reviews; enforce documentation standards (charters, design docs, runbooks). - Track deployment KPIs (time to blueprint, time to first agent in UAT, time to go‑live, milestone on‑time rate, defect trends) and report status to stakeholders. - Contribute data for capacity and utilization planning. **Required Skills:** - 5‑8+ years technical/project/program management experience with SaaS or enterprise software. - Hands‑on delivery of Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, Conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or similar CX platforms. - Strong command of Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies and tooling (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Notion, Miro). - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution abilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams. - Experience interfacing with technical (IT, Security, Ops) and business stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, SAFe. **Nice‑to‑Have:** - Experience with AI/ML, NLP, LLM‑based or Agentic AI solutions. - Background in professional services/consulting for enterprise clients. - Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event‑driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience managing partner co‑delivery (SI, GSI, BPO, ISV).
