Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end logistics and operational excellence for all events, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, travel approximately 25–30% within the US & Canada, and measure event success through metrics and ROI analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute event logistics from invitation to post‑event follow‑up. - Oversee both intimate high‑end events and large‑scale conferences. - Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure events support strategic goals. - Negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and uphold quality standards. - Track event metrics, report ROI, and recommend improvements. - Travel as needed across North America to support on‑site operations. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of experience in B2B or enterprise software event coordination. - Strong organizational, negotiation, and budget management abilities. - Proficiency with event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field. - Certifications in event management or related disciplines preferred (e.g., CMP, CME).
