Deliver migration waves (pilot → production) with comprehensive runbooks, rollback procedures, and post‑cutover validation. Expectations: - Full ownership of migration projects, from assessment and pilot to production cutover. - Proven track record of successful VMware → XenServer migrations at enterprise scale. - Ability to develop detailed runbooks, rollback plans, and project timelines. - Independent problem‑solver with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
