Job Description: Job Title: Scrum Master – Payments Role Summary: Experienced Scrum Master (10+ years in banking) who leads 1–2 Agile pods, drives continuous improvement, and ensures timely delivery of payments and regulatory projects. Expectations: - Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience within the banking sector. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required. - Preferable hands‑on experience with payments or regulatory initiatives. - Proven ability to operate in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environments. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for 1–2 teams. - Remove impediments and coordinate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross‑functional stakeholders. - Share knowledge, best practices, and Agile insights across teams. - Communicate issues promptly and foster a culture of open escalation. - Promote service quality, innovation, and teamwork within Product Groups. - Provide thought leadership on Agile execution and stay abreast of emerging tools and trends.
