Job Description
**Job title:** Salesforce Specialist **Role Summary:** Spearhead the optimization, customization, and evolution of the Salesforce platform to support end‑to‑end vehicle finance processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business goals. - Maintain high platform performance through proactive monitoring and upgrades. - Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and configure Salesforce (Lightning, Flows, validation rules, reports). - Design, code, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, triggers, and batch processes. - Integrate Salesforce with third‑party tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud). - Develop automation strategies, creating efficient workflows and process builders. - Produce and manage dashboards and reports for key metrics and decision support. - Apply best practices for data hygiene, security, and compliance. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and feature updates. - Train and support users across the organization. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Administration (configuration, user management, data management). - Knowledge of Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards. - Advanced problem‑solving & analytical mindset. - Strong oral and written communication. - Experience with Apex development and deployment (bonus). - Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud (nice‑to‑have). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Platform Administrator certification (required). - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
