About the Company

Corse Composites Aéronautiques (C.C.A), est aujourd’hui reconnu comme l’un des spécialistes du développement de pièces complexes en matériaux composites, à destination de l’aéronautique. Cette réussite est le fruit de l’expertise acquise par l’entreprise sur les familles de produits autour desquelles elle s’est spécialisée : Les trappes de train d’atterrissage avant, les éléments de voilures ou de fuselage appelés « Karmans / Fairings » ou encore les pièces de révolution de type « barrels » pour les nacelles moteurs. CCA, certifié Nadcap Composites depuis 2015, est aujourd’hui présent sur la plupart des programmes aéronautiques nouveaux, et compte comme clients les principaux acteurs aéronautiques (Airbus, Dassault Aviation, Stelia, etc.), en tant que Partenaire de Rang 1. Notre développement s’inscrit en parallèle dans d’ambitieux projets de R&T, visant à concevoir les pièces du futur.

Job Description
Job Title: Program Leader (F/M) Role Summary Lead the profitability, cost control, and customer satisfaction of aerospace composite program development. Manage cross‑functional activities, allocate budgets, and maintain program health from initiation through end‑of‑life. Expectations - Deliver programs on cost and schedule while continuously improving RC/NRC profit margins. - Maintain stakeholder (internal and external) satisfaction via effective communication and program governance. - Demonstrate proactive risk identification, mitigation, and opportunity exploitation. - Exercise strong leadership, relationship building, and cross‑functional coordination. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and steer program profitability, updating RC/NRC cost forecasts and implementing corrective action plans. - Prepare and manage budget allocation for each program, balancing external and internal contributions across the program life‑cycle. - Ensure client satisfaction by effective program steering, transparent communication, and timely issue resolution. - Coordinate all activities required for program development, including design, industrialization, and certification processes. Required Skills - Mechanical engineering graduate with 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in aerospace composite parts. - Proven ability to use project‑management tools such as MS Project and risk‑management software. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluently fluent in English. - Familiarity with cross‑functional management systems and aerospace industry standards. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Project‑management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.

Job Description
**Job Title** Product Quality Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Ensure product quality compliance across composite sub‑assemblies in the aviation sector. Implement and maintain internal quality processes, monitor regulatory adherence, manage supplier qualification, coordinate with regulatory bodies and clients, and deploy APQP activities. **Expectations** - Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in aerospace. - Strong problem‑solving and process improvement mindset. - Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment. - Good command of English and ability to communicate across departments. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and sustain product quality management systems in line with internal standards and external regulations. - Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable quality standards throughout the organisation. - Lead supplier qualification processes; maintain sub‑contractor stability (R‑Level 2 & 3) and oversee special process qualifications. - Coordinate product qualification activities in collaboration with regulatory bodies and customers. - Deploy and support APQP initiatives (PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk) across the group. **Required Skills** - Problem‑solving techniques: 8‑D, Ishikawa, 5‑W‑H, etc. - APQP methodologies and tools: PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk. - Audit practices – planning, execution, reporting. - Strong organisational and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Proficiency in English (written and verbal). **Required Education & Certifications** - BAC+5 (Master or degree from a general mechanical engineering school, or equivalent specialised master). - Relevant aerospace or composite manufacturing engineering background preferred.
