**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Analyst (Multiple Levels)
**Role Summary:**
Leverage data and analytical frameworks to drive marketing performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels. Own reporting, build dashboards, develop attribution models, and collaborate across engineering, product, and finance to optimize spend, ROAS, and LTV.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end analytics for multi‑channel marketing during a growth phase.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform budget allocation, creative strategy, and product roadmap.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure accurate data capture, tagging, and attribution.
- Provide leadership in experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain automated SQL‑based data pipelines and dashboards (Looker, Tableau).
- Own KPI tracking (CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion, organic visibility, keyword rankings).
- Lead SEO performance analysis, including technical health and keyword strategy.
- Partner with growth marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify high‑ROI opportunities.
- Develop and refine attribution/incrementality frameworks across paid and organic channels.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure channel lift, creative effectiveness, and landing page optimization.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend investment prioritization across the marketing portfolio.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the roadmap for marketing analytics tools and features.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SQL (complex joins, aggregation, ETL).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Proficient in BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Ability to build and communicate robust attribution and incrementality models.
- Skilled in experimental design, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent data storytelling skills; can influence decisions across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, finance, data science).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital marketing measurement.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
