Job title: QA & Environments Manager
Role Summary: Lead strategy and execution for testing, deployment, and maintenance environments across enterprise platforms, ensuring stability, efficiency, and alignment with continuous delivery. Manage a small team, collaborate with engineering, platform, and product stakeholders, and drive automation, tooling, and process improvements.
Expectations: Deliver reliable, scalable environments that support Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models; optimize cloud provisioning and integration with ERP/SAP systems; embed QA best practices into CI/CD pipelines; mentor team members; influence infrastructure and governance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own environment strategy, provisioning, and lifecycle for cloud and on‑prem systems (Azure preferred).
• Oversee QA governance, release readiness, and quality assurance across multiple product lines.
• Design and implement automation, tooling, and process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Manage data refreshes, integrations, and system configurations for production and testing environments.
• Lead a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Collaborate with platform, engineering, and product teams on CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor environment health, capacity, and security compliance; troubleshoot incidents and root cause analysis.
• Influence strategy around infrastructure, tooling, and process optimization to support business goals.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a QA & Environments Manager or similar role in a large/enterprise organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Hands‑on Azure cloud provisioning and management.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or other integrated enterprise systems.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, system integration, and architectural design.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement, environment optimization, and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, mentoring, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, or relevant QA/Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) highly advantageous.
