Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary: Lead architect and steward of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, driving end‑to‑end lead‑to‑cash optimization, automation, and data governance across the organization.
Expactations:
- Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise for Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Design scalable, automated workflows that reduce manual effort and error.
- Translate business needs into efficient Salesforce configurations and data models.
- Enhance visibility across quoting, contracting, and subscription management.
- Strengthen collaboration between Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams.
- Mentor junior administrators and establish platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to conduct product discoveries and map business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy lead‑to‑cash processes (pricing rules, product catalog, approval workflows).
- Manage Salesforce projects end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data integrity.
- Configure platform features (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, dashboards, security, etc.).
- Coordinate integrations with finance and marketing systems, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, recommend enhancements, and maintain documentation.
- Support change management, release readiness, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level II admins and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration with advanced expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce initiatives independently.
- Deep knowledge of lead‑to‑cash workflows, quoting, contracting, billing automation, and subscription models.
- Hands‑on experience in Flow, validation rules, user security, data management (Data Loader, SOQL), and integration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Self‑directed, organized, and continuously improving platform efficiency.
- Bonus: experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines, Agile.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud Consultant (preferred).
