Job Title: AI Team Member
Role Summary: Develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions through scalable model development, integration of AI/ML technologies, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, cloud-optimized outcomes. Emphasis on governance, reproducibility, and continuous improvement.
Expactations:
- Specialize in model development, deployment, or testing based on core technical focus.
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, scalability, and post-deployment reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, and deliver quality-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development & Optimization:
- Design, train, and validate AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks) using Scikit-learn, MLflow, and LangChain.
- Execute data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation (fairness, accuracy, robustness).
- Optimize reproducibility through documentation and workflows (e.g., Databricks, ML pipelines).
2. Deployment & Infrastructure:
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and containerize models using Docker, Kubernetes, or Tanzu.
- Automate API deployment and integrate with enterprise systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and ensure security compliance.
3. QA & System Validation:
- Test AI systems for functionality, reliability, and user experience alignment.
- Validate data sources, outputs, and automated testing frameworks.
4. Project Coordination:
- Document requirements, lead road mapping, and manage stakeholder expectations for AI initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, LangChain, MLflow), cloud platforms, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), containerization, and LLMs/Agentic AI.
- Core Competencies: Analytical reasoning, problem-solving, multilingual technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and project management (Agile/Scrum).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Cloud (AWS, Azure), ML/AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch), or Project Management (PMP).
