Job Description: Job title: Senior Solution Engineer Role Summary: Key opportunity to partner with enterprise sales and customers, positioning and demonstrating a SaaS billing platform across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle while gathering feedback for product improvement. Expectations: * Deliver persuasive technical demos tailored to prospect needs. * Influence product roadmap through customer insights. * Exhibit deep knowledge of the platform, integrations, and industry best practices. * Manage RFI/RFP responses and coordinate with internal stakeholders. * Represent the company at industry events and contribute to sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to develop and execute effective sales strategies. * Configure and present the solution against unique prospect requirements. * Differentiate the platform from competitors and align it with business drivers. * Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, security, and scalability. * Respond to RFIs/RFPs and provide technical documentation. * Partner with Product Management to relay customer feedback. * Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. * Travel for sales engagements and client visits as needed. Required Skills: * 5+ years solution engineering in high‑growth SaaS environments. * Strong consultative and presentation abilities. * In‑depth understanding of finance, revenue recognition, quote‑to‑cash processes, and billing. * Familiarity with relational databases, web technologies, and API integration. * Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings. * Willingness to travel. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. * Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
