**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Internship **Role Summary** Support the sales organization by identifying and qualifying prospective corporate‑event clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead handling. Leverage the company’s AI‑driven platform to streamline prospecting activities and contribute to pipeline growth during a rapid scaling phase. **Expectations** - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. - Maintain a high level of organization and follow‑up discipline. - Show eagerness to learn sales processes, CRM tools, and AI‑enabled automation. - Meet or exceed weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked). **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct research to build targeted prospect lists aligned with the corporate‑event market. - Execute outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social messaging) to generate interest. - Qualify inbound leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision‑making authority. - Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales reps and update prospect information in the CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to convey feedback on messaging and platform usage. - Track and report activity metrics and pipeline status on a regular basis. **Required Skills** - Excellent interpersonal and written communication. - Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of outreach activities. - Basic proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Comfort with technology adoption and learning new AI‑driven tools. - Self‑motivated, coachable, and results‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field). - No specific certifications required; sales or marketing coursework is a plus.
