**Job Title:** Software Engineer (Entry) **Role Summary:** Entry‑level software engineer responsible for building and enhancing an AI‑powered mobile super‑app for car ownership. Works in cross‑functional engineering pods (core app, retention, automation) to deliver user‑focused features, write production‑ready code from day one, and grow rapidly within a high‑growth startup environment. **Expectations:** - Strong desire to learn and adapt quickly. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings. - Proactive, curious, and hustle‑driven mindset. - Commitment to delivering high‑quality, user‑first software. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write, test, and deploy production code for frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript) services. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and ship features on a regular cadence. - Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Contribute to cloud infrastructure on AWS, containerization with Docker, and monitoring. - Work with data stores (Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB, ClickHouse) and support AI/ML pipeline integration as needed. - Engage in continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and scalability. **Required Skills:** - Familiarity or willingness to learn React/React Native, Node.js, TypeScript. - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and container/Docker concepts. - Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB). - Problem‑solving aptitude, effective communication, and teamwork. - Interest in AI/ML concepts and Python is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required.
