Job Description

Job title: Project Manager Role Summary: Lead cross‑functional project execution within a design and production firm, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction across retail installations. Expactations: - Adhere strictly to project timelines and quality standards. - Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders. - Maintain financial control and accurate cost tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client briefs, identify key elements, and prepare detailed estimates in ERP. - Review and approve quotes, handle change orders, and ensure budget integrity. - Develop and monitor production, logistics, and installation schedules with the Account Manager. - Supervise project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed. - Allocate human, material, and external resources; plan contingency for absences. - Verify final invoices against historical pricing and close out projects. - Train internal and external teams on project requirements and responsibilities. Required Skills: - Technical drawing and design knowledge. - Project planning tools (e.g., Google Project/Project Management or equivalent). - Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Client relationship management and independent teamwork. - Fluency in French; advanced Spanish; intermediate English; additional languages a plus. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and fabrication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
