**Job title:** Office Manager (Audit Division) **Role Summary:** Maintain and optimise the day‑to‑day administrative operations of a mid‑sized audit firm. Manage client and internal processes, coordinate logistics, support onboarding and off‑boarding, organise team events, and act as a key user for internal tools. **Expectations:** - Deliver efficient, error‑free administrative support to >250 staff and 10 partners. - Drive continuous improvement in workplace quality and internal processes. - Foster a collaborative and welcoming culture for new and existing employees. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer full client lifecycle: intake, contracts, subcontractor agreements, invoice validation, and mail management. - Operate and support CRM, RSM in Trust, and other internal systems; provide first‑line assistance to staff. - Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and facility logistics; maintain stock inventory and room reservations. - Lead employee onboarding (workspace prep, introductions, breakfast orientation) and exit processes; liaise closely with HR. - Plan, budget, and execute internal events (after‑works, seminars, team‑building activities, seasonal celebrations). - Serve as “Key User” for process optimisation projects; collect user feedback, report to steering committee, and pilot new solutions. **Required Skills:** - Strong organisational and multi‑tasking ability. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced) and experience with CRM/management tools; knowledge of BBI a plus. - Autonomous, solution‑focused mindset; adaptable to evolving systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor‑level qualification (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in administration, office management, business assistance, or equivalent. - Preferable prior experience in office management or support roles within a structured firm or audit setting. - Additional qualifications such as DSCG, DEC or similar are a plus, not mandatory.
