**Job Title:** SAP WMS - Warranty Management Specialist
**Role Summary:** Execute SAP Warranty Management System (WMS) configuration, integration, and support within an S/4 HANA service deployment, with a focus on service, quality, and analytics modules, to streamline automotive aftersales processes.
**Expectations:** 6‑10 month contract, 50–70 % remote work; deliver functional configuration, process mapping, integration testing, user training, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and maintain SAP WMS for warranty claims, supplier recovery, credit/debit memo processing, and claim settlement workflows.
- Integrate WMS with SAP CS, PM, SD, QM, and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow to logistics, procurement, and finance.
- Manage equipment master data, serial number tracking, and service order administration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and optimize automotive aftersales workflows.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on experience with SAP WMS (Warranty Management System).
- Strong knowledge of SAP CS, PM, SD modules.
- Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA Service, SAP QM, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Proven integration experience with logistics, procurement, and finance systems.
- Automotive aftersales domain expertise, including supplier recovery, credit/debit memo handling, and claims settlement.
- Proficiency managing equipment master data, serial numbers, and service order management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certification in S/4 HANA, WMS, or related modules preferred.
