Job Description
Job title: Recruitment Officer (M/F) Role Summary: Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding temporary staff for a large agri‑food manufacturing client. Act as a daily HR partner on-site, managing recruitment cycles and providing ongoing development support to temp workers. Expectations: - Conduct recruitment activities (interviews, assessments, client presentations). - Travel to two production sites; must own a vehicle. - Operate as an autonomous field recruiter for the internship period (April‑August). - Collaborate closely with on‑site HR and production teams. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with client’s HR to define staffing needs and job specifications. - Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, administer professional tests. - Present suitable candidates to the client and facilitate contract formalities. - Track placements, monitor performance, and arrange training or skill development. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for people and talent acquisition. - Team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn. - Ability to conduct interviews, evaluate competencies, and coach hires. - Self‑motivated and comfortable traveling between sites. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - No specific certification required; internship experience or coursework in recruitment preferred.
