Expectations - Define a long‑term product roadmap that aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives. - Deliver measurable impact through platform health, adoption, and performance metrics. - Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from idea to launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Lead product strategy and technical roadmap for AML & sanctions monitoring platforms. - Partner with engineering to design APIs, data pipelines, rule engines, and orchestration workflows. - Collaborate with risk operations, data science, and domain PMs (fraud, onboarding) to create reusable, cross‑functional capabilities. - Establish platform governance, observability, and extensibility to meet internal and external compliance needs. - Define and track platform health, adoption, usage, and impact metrics. - Create feedback loops linking decisions to outcomes for ongoing refinement. Required Skills - 7+ years in product management, with experience building platform or infrastructure products. - In‑depth knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations. - Strong technical fluency; ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, and ML teams. - Systems‑thinking product mindset combining customer empathy with technical rigor. - Experience launching internal tools or platforms that scale across product teams. - Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; proven ability to build foundations from scratch. - Familiarity with risk, compliance, or financial services (preferred).
