Job Title Senior Product Manager – Financial Crimes Role Summary Owns the vision, strategy, and execution of Mercury’s Financial Crimes platform, driving the design, development, and operation of AML and sanctions monitoring, reporting, and model orchestration systems. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, risk strategy, and operations to deliver scalable, high‑precision solutions that protect customers and enable compliant growth. Expectations - Define a long‑term product roadmap that aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives. - Deliver measurable impact through platform health, adoption, and performance metrics. - Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from idea to launch and continuous improvement. Required Skills - 7+ years in product management, with experience building platform or infrastructure products. - In‑depth knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations. - Strong technical fluency; ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, and ML teams. - Systems‑thinking product mindset combining customer empathy with technical rigor. - Experience launching internal tools or platforms that scale across product teams. - Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; proven ability to build foundations from scratch. - Familiarity with risk, compliance, or financial services (preferred).
