Identify, screen, and prioritize potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities. 2. Conduct rigorous financial, operational, and strategic due diligence. 3. Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, deal structuring, and post‑merger integration. 4. Prepare concise, board‑ready materials and executive presentations. 5.
