**Job Title:**
Information Systems Manager (IT Systems Manager)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security, quality, and operational standards. Manage a multidisciplinary IT team and external partners, drive risk assessment, budgeting, and KPI development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Gauge user requirements and recommend enhancements.
- Administer backups, patches, and system security controls.
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Produce dashboards, status reports, and security plans.
- Monitor budget and cost controls.
- Establish procedures and key performance indicators.
**Required Skills:**
- Systems and network administration (Windows/Linux, virtualization).
- Monitoring, performance tuning, and system optimisation.
- Cybersecurity principles, risk analysis, and incident response.
- Project management (planning, execution, stakeholder coordination).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/MCSE, ITIL).
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) managing IT teams and projects.
