Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Manager – General Contractor Customers **Role Summary** Own the end‑to‑end success of commercial construction contractors on a SaaS platform. Act as a coach, project manager, consultant, and product specialist to drive adoption, growth, and renewal across the customer lifecycle. **Expectations** - 4+ years as Project Manager or Project Engineer in a large General Contractor environment. - Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects and build strong customer relationships. - Strong executive‑level stakeholder communication and influence. - Detail‑oriented yet strategic, able to develop process playbooks and scale the team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring measurable adoption and value. 2. Design and deliver training, demos, and on‑boarding sessions for end users. 3. Serve as project manager for implementation, scheduling, and issue resolution. 4. Coordinate with Sales on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and on‑boarding planning. 5. Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to inform roadmap, feedback, and compliance. 6. Create and refine department playbooks, guides, and best‑practice documentation. 7. Participate in weekly strategy, metrics, and feature review meetings. 8. Escalate and resolve executive‑level concerns, maintaining high‑level satisfaction. **Required Skills** - Construction industry experience as a General Contractor PM/PE in a large firm. - Project management, coaching, and stakeholder‑management expertise. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with executive‑level presentation skills. - Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal. - Strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to influence product direction and challenge conventional processes. - Business development or sales experience is a significant plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) is desirable but not mandatory.
