Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist Role Summary: Senior contractor responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sales enablement programs with deep Salesforce.com expertise. Works at a Manager/Associate Director level to enhance sales productivity, adoption, and performance in fast‑paced enterprise environments. Expectations: Deliver measurable improvements in sales effectiveness through strategy, process design, and Salesforce implementation. Own end‑to‑end enablement initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain stakeholder alignment. Provide governance on data quality, tool usage, and content lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute sales enablement strategy, aligning tools, processes, and content with business goals. - Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce deployment plans, configuration, and integration with existing systems. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; facilitate agile ceremonies and status reporting. - Develop and deliver targeted training, workshops, and ongoing coaching to drive user adoption and skill growth. - Analyse performance metrics (quota attainment, win rates, cycle length) to identify gaps and recommend continuous improvements. - Partner with Sales Ops, CRM, and Marketing teams to maintain content repository, playbooks, and best‑practice playbooks. - Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across sales tools and processes. Required Skills: - Advanced Salesforce.com administration and configuration; deployment experience in enterprise settings. - Proven project management (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) with >3 years of lead role. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials and workshops. - Familiarity with CRM analytics, reporting, and data quality frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (preferred).
