**Job Title**
Agency Director
**Role Summary**
The Agency Director leads a high‑performance team of approximately 110 staff across supervisory, administrative, platform, and transport functions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the role focuses on maintaining top‑tier quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency while driving business growth through client relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Deliver measurable KPI improvements, service level compliance, and profitable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Team Management & Development** (≈60 %)
- Lead daily briefings/debriefings, set clear performance expectations, and coach staff for skill enhancement.
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, workload peak management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety, process, and contractual obligations.
2. **Operational Leadership & Performance Management**
- Monitor real‑time operational KPIs, initiate corrective and optimization actions, and maintain service level targets.
- Prepare regular performance reports for headquarters and participate in process evolution discussions.
3. **Project Management & Resource Optimisation**
- Champion continuous‑improvement projects, including site investments, process rationalisation, and technology deployments.
- Own project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to deliver lasting agency advancement.
4. **Client Relationship & Commercial Development**
- Serve as the agency’s client-facing ambassador: ensure accurate, responsive support, enforce contract terms, and enhance satisfaction.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts and actively prospect new opportunities within the assigned region.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership and people‑management ability (large multidisciplinary teams).
- Strong operational oversight: KPI analysis, process optimisation, real‑time decision making.
- Client‑centric: relationship building, contract compliance, and commercial acumen.
- Project management: planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Master’s level education (Bachelor + 4 years).
- Demonstrated and confirmed experience in a comparable senior management role within road freight or temperature‑controlled transport logistics.
- Recognised expertise in road transport operations and client service delivery.
