Marketing Programs Manager – Maternity Cover (18 Months)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing programs across EMEA, LATAM and Canada, converting global strategy into measurable pipeline through webinars, email/nurture, content syndication, blogs, social and events. Drive localization, partner extensions, and close alignment with ABM, Sales, and Partner teams to secure meetings and pipeline growth.
**Expectations**

- Maintain rigorous timelines, stakeholder coordination, and quality delivery across multiple time zones.
- Optimize campaign performance through data‑driven insights and continuous testing.
- Ensure seamless localization, compliance, and cultural relevance of all assets.
- Provide closed‑loop reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Integrated Campaign Execution** – Plan and launch global campaigns across email, nurture, webinars, blogs, social, events and syndication; manage cross‑regional timelines and deliverables.
- **Localization & Regional Adaptation** – Translate and adapt messaging, assets, and compliance requirements for EMEA, LATAM and Canada; oversee translation and review workflows.
- **Webinars & Virtual Programs** – Own webinar strategy, topic development, promotion, registration, attendance, and post‑event conversion to meetings.
- **Email & Nurture** – Build segmented, multi‑step email campaigns; conduct A/B testing and optimization for engagement and conversion.
- **Content Syndication & Lead Generation** – Manage third‑party vendors, target criteria, CPL, lead quality and downstream conversion.
- **Content, Blogs & Social** – Create campaign messaging, landing pages, outreach copy, toolkits; lead blog production; amplify via social channels.
- **Events & Partner Extension** – Promote owned and third‑party events; extend campaigns through partner toolkits.
- **ABM & Sales Alignment** – Develop ABM outreach for priority accounts; collaborate with LDR/BDR for rapid follow‑up and meeting conversion; maintain closed‑loop reporting.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in integrated marketing, demand generation or field marketing.
- Proven execution of multi‑channel campaigns in international markets.
- Expertise in webinars, email marketing, nurture journeys and lead generation programs.
- Experience managing content syndication vendors and third‑party partnerships.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Ability to localize campaigns for diverse regions.
- Highly organized, performance‑driven, collaborative across functions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom (webinars), 6sense, Folloze, Monday.com or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Marketing‑technology certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Marketo Certified Expert) are a plus.
