Role Summary: Spearhead EMEA partner ecosystem growth for a leading cloud contact‑center platform, executing partner‑centric GTM strategies across CRM, ISV/Select, WEM, and GSI segments. Drive partner pipeline, ACV, and new logo acquisition while building AI‑enabled partner practices and ensuring delivery quality.
Expectations: Own regional partnership strategy, deliver measurable partner‑influenced ACV, maintain forecast accuracy, and foster executive sponsorship. Generate high‑impact tri‑party “Power‑of‑3” wins and expand AI practice outputs (TQLs, SAOs).
Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate Power‑of‑3 motions (Five9 + hyperscaler + GSI) with aligned incentives, joint account plans, and co‑marketing.
- Launch and scale partner AI practice: enablement → GTM → reporting; capture TQL/SAO metrics.
- Drive Certified Install Partner ramp (CIP) to improve first‑time‑right delivery and day‑2 readiness.
- Manage CRM alliance execution: deal registration, royalties, relationship mapping, and coopetition.
- Maintain ISV/Select portfolio vitality: contracting, sandbox validation, quarterly addition/remove decisions.
- Cultivate executive sponsorship across partner orgs; run quarterly JBP/QBRs.
- Forecast partner‑influenced/sourced pipeline; publish quarterly KPIs; contribute to program and playbook improvements.
- Liaise with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to eliminate friction and keep timelines on track.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in partner/alignment sales for enterprise SaaS; 5+ years covering EMEA markets.
- Proven co‑selling with GSIs/ISVs, deal‑desk, and late‑stage execution expertise.
- Deep knowledge of CCaaS/CX, WEM (WFM/AQM), AI‑assisted contact‑center solutions.
- Mastery of CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Zendesk) including deal registration and royalties.
- Experience building partner programs: certifications, enablement, QBR/JBP, pipeline governance.
- Strong commercial acumen (margins, discounts, resell mechanics) and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, RevOps, and Legal.
- Fluent English; additional European language (DE/FR/ES/IT) preferred.
- Willingness to travel 30–40 % and hold right to work in EU/UK.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in partnership management, CRM, cloud, or AI (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft) are advantageous.
