Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Role Summary: Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for clients. Tailor user interfaces, workflows, and security settings; integrate with external systems; ensure quality through testing and documentation. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality GRC implementations on schedule and within scope. Communicate progress and issues clearly to stakeholders. Maintain data integrity and system security throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Configure GRC modules (Risk, Policy, Audit, control frameworks). - Design UI components: forms, lists, dashboards, portals, and UI policies. - Build business rules, flows, scripts, scheduled jobs, and notifications. - Manage user access, roles, groups, and ACLs. - Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets for migrations. - Import and maintain data in GRC tables. - Develop integrations via Integration Hub and REST APIs. - Write and execute UAT scripts; perform functional testing of workflows. - Produce comprehensive technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills: - ≥2 years of ServiceNow configuration experience. - Proficiency with GlideRecord, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS. - Strong scripting and workflow development in ServiceNow. - Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST API development. - Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, analytical, disciplined. Required Education & Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
