**Job Title** Inside Sales Executive – 11005 **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by executing outbound prospecting across 200+ enterprise accounts in France. Generate qualified opportunities, educate prospects on spend‑management solutions, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives, directly contributing to the company’s expansion in the European market. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly outbound lead and opportunity targets. - Demonstrate high‑level French linguistic proficiency and business‑level English. - Independently manage prospecting pipeline and reporting to the France country leader and RVP Digital Sales. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaign outreach. - Develop and execute email sequences and call scripts to engage leads. - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce; utilize Marketo and Outreach for campaign management. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine touch‑point strategies. - Follow up rigorously until meetings are secured, then hand off qualified prospects to the Account Executive team. **Required Skills** - 3‑4 years in a quota‑carrying Sales Development or Outbound role with a proven record of surpassing targets. - Native or fluent French; professional English proficiency. - Strong written communication: crafting high‑converting email copy and campaign sequences. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable to a fast‑paced, remote team environment. - Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Marketo). - Excellent organization, time management, and collaboration across internal/external stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodologies or CRM usage preferred but not mandatory.
