**Job Title:** Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Global Banking Operations & Integration (GBOI)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end trade lifecycle management for front‑to‑back GBOI products, ensuring accurate trade capture, affirmation, clearing, and regulatory compliance. Act as the bridge between Middle Office, Front Office, Operations, Technology, and external partners to drive process improvements, automation, and data quality.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3‑5 years of banking experience, preferably in middle‑office or trade support.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize trade flows and controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering functional requirements and supporting system enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and monitor trade flows from execution through booking, validation, confirmation, and clearing.
- Resolve booking discrepancies, trade exceptions, and support lifecycle events (amendments, allocations, cancellations).
- Oversee affirmation and confirmation for OTC/listed derivatives, fixed income, and equities; liaise with counterparties and matching platforms (e.g., CTM, Omgeo, MarkitWire, ICE Link).
- Support street‑side clearing and CCP interactions, including novation, margining, and reporting; address clearing breaks and settlement issues.
- Document current‑state processes, design future‑state workflows, and implement control enhancements to reduce operational risk.
- Identify automation opportunities, improve exception handling, and enhance data quality.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for trade‑capture, matching, and clearing systems; participate in UAT, test case creation, and defect resolution.
- Analyze data quality across trade, reference, and clearing datasets; collaborate with technology teams to improve data lineage.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate changes to senior stakeholders; present metrics and recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- In‑depth knowledge of trade lifecycle, affirmation, clearing, and settlement processes.
- Experience with matching platforms (CTM, Omgeo, MarkitWire, ICE Link) and clearing brokers/CCPs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; root‑cause analysis.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and writing functional requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CTP, PMP) preferred but not mandatory.
