**Job Title:** Senior Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Strategically develop and manage high‑potential enterprise accounts in finance, insurance, industry, and public sectors. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, partner ecosystems (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS), and delivery execution to deliver tech solutions in cloud, software development, data, AI, and training. Lead market intelligence and co‑sell initiatives to drive business growth.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years in B2B tech sales (ESN, consulting, SaaS, cloud).
- Proven ability to execute complex sales cycles, manage key accounts, and respond to strategic tenders.
- Strong relational skills with clients, technical teams, recruiters, and partners.
- Structured, autonomous, collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: experience with co‑selling frameworks of Google, Microsoft, or AWS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts with tailored account plans.
- Partner with commercial leadership, technical teams, and external partners to deliver solutions.
- Oversee partnership relationships and consortiums, especially in multi‑actor or public tenders.
- Act as liaison to delivery, assembling teams with recruiters and co‑managing projects with Engineering Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain proactive market watch on AI, cloud, data, security, and other emerging trends; provide insights to stakeholders.
- Document and update account plans, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM to ensure transparent visibility.
**Required Skills:**
- B2B tech sales expertise, including complex multi‑stakeholder negotiations.
- Account management and sales cycle ownership (prospecting, qualification, proposal, closing).
- Stakeholder management across commercial, technical, recruitment, and partner domains.
- Strategic thinking and solution‑selling capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Additional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or sales methodologies are a plus.
