Job Description

Job title: Technical Business Analyst – Salesforce Role Summary: SME responsible for troubleshooting, data integration, and user support for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. Manages UAT, enhances reporting, ensures data quality, and drives adoption for functional users. Expectations: Provide expert support, deliver accurate and actionable solutions, maintain high data integrity, communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve complex Salesforce issues for end users and technical teams. - Design and build advanced reports, dashboards, and custom report types in Salesforce. - Configure and optimize Marketing Cloud features (Cloud Pages, data capture, email automation). - Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions. - Validate and maintain data consistency across platforms, addressing list/segment and automation errors. - Document processes, enhancements, and best‑practice recommendations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Lightning Experience) and Marketing Cloud. - Advanced data organization, analysis, and reporting (cross‑filters, custom report types). - Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving in a Salesforce environment. - Excellent communication and functional leadership for technical/non‑technical collaboration. - Project management: requirement elicitation, process diagramming, wireframing, and documentation. - Familiarity with AppExchange, data management, reports, dashboards, and related CRM tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (required) - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) - Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking (required) - Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder - Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
