Job Title: Product Designer Role Summary: Design and deliver high‑quality native mobile interfaces that align with business goals and a company design system. Provide creative solutions, justify design choices, and iterate quickly through production cycles. Expectations: * Translate complex business requirements into coherent, user‑centric screens. * Own the design process from concept to final QA, ensuring timely delivery of design artifacts. * Communicate design intent clearly to developers to enable accurate implementation. Required Skills: * Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). * Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and Dev Mode export. * Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. * Ability to incorporate technical constraints into design decisions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (designers, developers, QA). * Knowledge of rapid iteration, design QA, and agile workflows. Job Title: Contract Front‑End Developer (SC Cleared) Role Summary: A 6‑month contract for an experienced front‑end developer with active SC clearance, working on a public sector web application. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining UI components, collaborating with back‑end teams, and ensuring high usability and performance standards. Expactations: • Deliver polished, responsive UI components on schedule. • Work with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones. • Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation. • Adhere to security and compliance guidelines applicable to the public sector. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement reusable, maintainable components using React and TypeScript. • Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional code. • Integrate front‑end functionality with back‑end APIs, including Java‑based services when required. • Optimize application performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility. • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues in a timely manner. • Contribute to unit and integration testing strategies. • Keep up to date with emerging front‑end technologies and best practices.
