**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of eCommerce strategy, driving online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. Serve as primary liaison with merchants, ensuring their success and platform growth.

- Build and maintain strong, long‑term merchant relationships.
- Align eCommerce initiatives with marketing, product, and technology teams for a cohesive user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy focused on sales, acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee platform operations: merchandising, content, UX, performance, and security compliance.
- Analyze market, merchant, competitor, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecast sales, track KPIs (conversion, AOV, CLV), and report performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and personalization to optimize the shopping experience.
- Serve as chief merchant contact: onboarding, scaling, retention, and merchant advisory.
- Provide merchants with insights, best practices, and tools (product listing, promotions, inventory).
- Negotiate terms, resolve conflicts, and drive merchant satisfaction.
- Capture merchant feedback for product development and platform enhancements.
- Advocate merchant needs in cross‑functional initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic eCommerce leadership and operational expertise.
- B2B relationship management within marketplace or platform contexts.
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Advanced analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of eCommerce leadership experience.
- Relevant certifications in eCommerce, digital marketing, or project management are a plus.
