Job title: AI/ML Engineer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to solve regression, classification, and clustering problems while collaborating with data engineering and business teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
Expactations: Deliver high‑quality machine learning solutions on time, maintain model documentation, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, train, and fine‑tune models using Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Evaluate model performance, perform validation, and implement retraining loops.
- Integrate models into production pipelines (ETL, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Apply generative AI techniques (LLMs, GPT‑based frameworks, computer vision models) under senior guidance.
- Analyze business and behavioral data to generate predictive analytics and actionable insights.
- Visualize results and communicate findings to stakeholders via Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Monitor model drift, update models, and experiment with emerging AI/ML frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience with machine learning libraries (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with generative AI models and vision‑based AI.
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Data visualization expertise (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or machine learning (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, TensorFlow Developer Certificate) are preferred.
