**Job Title**: Head of Sales
**Role Summary**
Lead and scale the global sales organization of a fast‑growing tech scale‑up. Own strategy, team structure, metrics, and execution to achieve aggressive revenue targets and drive international expansion.
**Expectations**
- Deliver consistent new‑business growth (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Build a high‑performing, globally distributed sales team.
- Translate vision into executable plans, processes, and metrics.
- Partner across product, marketing, customer success, and RevOps.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and evolve the sales organization and operating rhythm.
- Recruit, coach, and develop senior sales talent; set KPIs, conduct pipeline reviews, and run regular 1‑1s.
- Own messaging, outbound sequencing, account‑management playbooks, and GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM, campaigns, and positioning; with CS on upsell opportunities.
- Partner with RevOps to build accurate dashboards, forecast, and uncover improvement levers.
- Optimize sales tech stack (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, reporting) and automate where effective.
- Scale operations from UK focus to validated international model, especially US markets.
**Required Skills**
- Proven Head‑of‑Sales experience in high‑growth tech environments.
- Deep data‑driven pipeline and revenue management expertise.
- Strong coaching, playbook development, and high‑performance team building abilities.
- Proficient in CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies and guide teams through complexity.
- Owner mindset: proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable with hands‑on execution.
- Experience scaling sales across multiple geographies, especially US.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Relevant sales or leadership certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Leader, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) are advantageous.
