**Job Title:** Director, Growth Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and scaling growth‑marketing programs that convert interest from enterprise accounts and priority verticals into qualified opportunities and revenue for a B2B technology firm.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact from high‑value accounts.
- Align marketing initiatives tightly with sales, operations, and partner teams.
- Maintain rigorous analytics, attribution, and reporting standards.
- Oversee marketing technology stack and automation for account‑based targeting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own the strategy for pipeline creation across strategic enterprise accounts and verticals.
- Design and run account‑centric programs combining digital outreach, executive experiences, thought leadership, and partner co‑marketing.
- Lead marketing activities for a defined list of high‑value accounts, expanding coverage across buying centers.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and activation/ follow‑up motions.
- Develop industry campaigns (content, webinars, briefings, co‑marketing) positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Create lifecycle programs that move prospects from engagement to meetings, opportunities, and expansion.
- Establish measurement frameworks linking activities to pipeline, velocity, and revenue; build and maintain dashboards.
- Manage marketing tech stack and automation workflows for segmentation, orchestration, and attribution.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years B2B marketing experience, focused on enterprise demand generation, growth or account‑based marketing.
- Proven track record of building programs that generate enterprise pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills; expertise in dashboards, attribution models, and funnel diagnostics.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation/CRM platforms.
- Experience in marketing data, AI, cloud, or broader enterprise technology solutions (preferred).
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with sales, operations, partner, and marketing teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred but not mandatory.
