Job Description
Job Title: Purchasing Intern (F/M) Role Summary: Support the procurement team in developing and implementing purchasing processes for renewable energy projects in photovoltaic and battery storage technologies. Expectations: Deliver actionable price estimates, risk analyses, and procurement reports within a 6‑month internship (Feb/Apr 2026). Key Responsibilities: - Create and refine CAPEX/OPEX pricing models for photovoltaic and storage technologies. - Design and document procurement procedures and workflows. - Conduct market research, risk mapping, and supplier landscape analysis. - Produce quantitative and qualitative data reports for internal stakeholders. - Identify category requirements, source suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate key contract terms (as procurement maturity allows). - Maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier performance tracking. Required Skills: - Knowledge of procurement processes (internship or apprenticeship experience preferred). - Strong analytical skills and initiative. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. - Team‑oriented with clear communication. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Fluent in English (written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing or completing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business school, university, or equivalent, with a focus on procurement or supply chain.
