Job Description
**Job title**: Salesforce Administrator / SFDC Developer **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end system administration of multiple Salesforce orgs, including org setup, data migration, third‑party integrations, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and 24/7 operational support. Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related incidents and enhancements while collaborating with Agile teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver 24/7 on‑call support for production incidents. - Execute and maintain Agile (Scrum) processes, attend sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. - Manage and secure Salesforce environments, enforce security policies, and maintain proper change control. - Lead complex problem investigations and propose technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and launch new Salesforce orgs from scratch. - Perform data migrations, ensure data quality, and maintain master‑data management. - Integrate Salesforce with 3rd‑party applications (e.g., DocuSign, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit). - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Flosum, Git, Jenkins, etc.). - Develop declarative solutions (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow) and write code in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and web services (REST/SOAP). - Conduct troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root‑cause analysis for both system and integration issues. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and perform user acceptance testing. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with org management, security, and incident resolution. - 7+ years of SDLC experience, including coding standards, version control, and CI/CD tooling (Flosum or equivalent). - 7+ years of data migration, data quality, and third‑party integration experience (AppExchange, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit). - 5+ years implementing authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) and working with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML). - 2+ years of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Component development. - 2+ years of experience with declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow). - Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or equivalent) required. - • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or equivalent developer certification preferred. - Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in information technology.
