Job Title: Junior Game Analyst Role Summary: Supports game performance analysis by interpreting player data, building dashboards, and collaborating across teams to drive data‑driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze player data to uncover problems and opportunities. - Evaluate game performance metrics. - Create dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. - Work with performance marketing to assess campaign impact. - Collaborate with designers and engineers on design issues. - Contribute to the development of business intelligence systems. - Build predictive models for game performance forecasting. Required Skills: - Strong quantitative analysis and Excel proficiency. - Ability to translate business questions into statistical models. - Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools. - Basic understanding of game mechanics and player behavior. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team‑oriented and self‑motivated.
