**Job Title** Human Resources Assistant **Role Summary** Provide day‑to‑day administrative support within the Human Resources Support Services team. Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Conversion and Reporting Developer (2‑year temporary) **Role Summary:** Senior‑level IT professional responsible for leading data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities during the district’s migration to a cloud‑based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Finance, HCM, Procurement). Works closely with the Enterprise Data Architect, functional leads, and external integrators to ensure accurate, compliant data migration and support testing, cut‑over, and post‑load reconciliation. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality data conversion solutions on schedule and within scope. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders. - Maintain data integrity, governance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and conversion errors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze legacy database schemas and develop precise data mapping to ERP data objects. - Design, code, and execute ETL scripts and Python utilities for data cleansing and transformation. - Conduct unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing for all conversion activities; maintain test cases and scripts. - Perform mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cut‑over support, including error resolution and root‑cause analysis. - Create and maintain validation, reconciliation, and documentation artifacts (mapping logic, transformation rules, test results). - Collaborate with functional SMEs, Test Lead, and external integrators to verify data completeness and compliance. - Support data governance by flagging quality issues and assisting remediation efforts. - Research and recommend emerging tools/methodologies to improve conversion efficiency and security. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with ETL design. - Advanced Python scripting for data manipulation and automation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical details for business audiences. - Knowledge of ERP financial, HCM, and procurement modules (implementation experience preferred). - Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and governance practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst, Oracle/ SAP ERP, ETL tool certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
