Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead a small, high‑performing sales team to drive B2B revenue growth across multiple industrial sectors. Provide coaching, set and monitor KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet organizational sales targets. **Expectations:** - Manage and develop a team of 3–4 sales representatives. - Deliver consistent net‑new business and revenue expansion. - Participate in strategic planning with senior leaders to align objectives and overcome challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit, mentor, and coach sales staff, ensuring attainment of individual and team quotas. - Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and sales results. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. - Foster a collaborative, customer‑centric sales culture within the region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial accounts (manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution). - Conduct market analysis and identify new sales opportunities. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events as required. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales leadership ability, with a track‑record of managing and motivating teams. - Strong B2B selling experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, retail, or distribution markets. - Proficiency in setting, measuring, and driving sales KPIs and quotas. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to conduct road‑tests/ride‑along evaluations of sales team performance. - Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team. - Background in industrial sales preferred. - No specific degree or certification mandated; business, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
