**Job Title:** IT Project Manager – Software Integration (Gender neutral)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise asset management (EAM) software, primarily IBM Maximo, Hexagon, and IFS EAM, across international client engagements. Act as the project owner in the AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) capacity, establishing project structure, defining scope, managing time and budget, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in line with agreed KPIs and quality standards.
- Communicate transparently with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, providing clear documentation and frequent reporting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, driving continuous improvement in deployment processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deploy project methodology: set objectives, develop strategy, create RACI matrices, KPI dashboards, and communication plans.
- Produce and maintain project artefacts: requirements documents, functional specifications, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical leads to estimate integration effort, translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and update project plans, resource allocations, milestones, and budgets; monitor variance and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams (clients, internal staff, external suppliers, consultants).
- Facilitate client meetings: agenda setting, presentation, minutes, and follow‑ups.
- Generate status reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and achievements.
- Support post‑deployment activities, including user training, hand‑over to support teams, and final close‑out documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management: PMP, Prince2, EPM or equivalent (mandatory).
- Experience leading software deployment in EAM, GMAO or related asset‑management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, Hexagon, IFS EAM, and related integration concepts.
- Fluency in English (written and oral); second language and international experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑driven, analytical, and able to work autonomously in a global team environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software deployment – preferably in transportation, infrastructure, or aviation contexts.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) required.
- Certified knowledge of EAM platforms (IBM Maximo, Hexagon, IFS) strongly preferred.
