Job Description

Job title: Salesforce QA Tester Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated solutions to validate configuration, customization, and data integrity, ensuring high‑quality releases that meet business requirements. Experiences: 6+ years total QA testing, with 2+ years focused on Salesforce application testing; experience within Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create, maintain, and execute test cases, plans, and scripts aligned with business requirements. 2. Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. 3. Test data integrity and API/integration flows. 4. Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps. 5. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues. 6. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. 7. Support UAT testing and release cycles to ensure production readiness. Required Skills: - Manual testing proficiency and test design. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud components. - Familiarity with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reporting. - Defect tracking expertise (JIRA, Azure DevOps). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities. - Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodology. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
