Job Description
Job title: Order Fulfilment Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate the end‑to‑end order lifecycle for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate processing, production alignment, and on‑time delivery while acting as the central liaison between sales, operations, planning, quality, and logistics. Expactations: Deliver orders on schedule, maintain high forecast accuracy, resolve bottlenecks, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold compliance with export regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full order lifecycle from receipt to shipment, monitoring status and addressing issues that affect delivery timelines. - Serve as the point of contact for customer queries on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation. - Enter and maintain order data accurately in ERP systems. - Participate in monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings, providing demand, backlog, and capacity insights. - Monitor SIOP KPIs (forecast accuracy, lead times, inventory levels) and recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate with logistics to secure cost‑effective shipping solutions and ensure compliance with EMEA export requirements. - Track on‑time delivery performance and implement improvement measures. - Identify process bottlenecks, collaborate with stakeholders to streamline fulfillment, and support ERP and digitalisation enhancements. - Document and maintain standard operating procedures for order fulfilment. Required Skills: - Strong stakeholder communication and coordination across cross‑functional teams. - Detail‑oriented with proactive problem‑solving abilities. - Expertise in SIOP/S&OP processes, supply chain analytics, and inventory management. - Knowledge of EMEA export regulations, Incoterms, and freight logistics. - Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical skills for forecasting, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. Job Description
**Job title** Sales Engineer – Fire Systems **Role Summary** Provide technical sales support for Armstrong Fluid Technology’s Fire products across the UK and Ireland.
